Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards, and payment by PayPal. If you wish to pay via cheque please call us on 01932 341500 and we would be happy to process your order over the telephone. Please note that the order will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. For your security your credit card will be charged when placing order. We do not keep your card details for future authorisation.

Deliveries
Most orders are delivered within ten working days. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange overnight delivery which is available at an additional charge if goods are in stock.

Postage
We have a standard charge of £4.95 per delivery to the UK. If you require overseas shipping please contact us directly on 0044 1932 341500. 

Availability
Our toys are all hand-made or hand finished and, therefore, only a certain number can be produced at one time. We will always try our best to hold enough stock but there may be times when we cannot meet your order immediately and may have to wait for our supplier. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times. For the above reason we strongly recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy
We have great confidence in our products and are confident that our descriptions are accurate. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product please contact us withing 28 days of reciept of your order and we would be happy to replace your order or refund it in full.

All sizes are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown in the catalogue due to printing. Prices are correct at time of site update and include VAT at 17.5% and may be subject to change.
